LoanForge Config
LoanForge Config (formerly ILDP Config) is the administration panel where platform administrators define and manage the rules that drive the skipLogic™ discovery engine and loan program matching.
Configuration Areas
- Programs — Define loan programs with their eligibility rules, rate structures, and terms
- Needs — Create groups of related data requirements (e.g., "Experience Assessment", "Property Details")
- Questions — Configure individual discovery questions with field types, validation, and skip logic
- Rates — Set base rates, adjustments, and pricing matrices per program
- Routing — Define how applications are assigned to loan officers
- Thresholds — Set minimum/maximum values for program eligibility (LTV, DSCR, credit score, etc.)
Warning
Changes to LoanForge Config affect all new applications immediately. In-progress applications continue with the rules that were active when they started discovery.
