| Page won't load | Clear browser cache and refresh. Ensure you're using a supported browser. |
| Can't sign in | Verify your email matches your Entra ID account. Check with your admin. |
| Document upload fails | Check file size (under 25MB) and format (PDF, JPG, PNG). |
| Discovery questions seem wrong | Your admin may have updated the question flow. Start a new discovery session. |
| Application shows as "Stale" | Some conditions have expired. Review and re-upload expired documents. |
